Everything changed when I traveled to India - a place that became a turning point in my life. There, I discovered yoga and dance therapy. I embraced a lifestyle centered on mindfulness, health, and self-awareness. This journey led me to a profound transformation, and I realized that true beauty lies in authenticity and connection to the natural world.
