At Mazu, each piece is more than just jewelry—it’s a carefully crafted work of art. Once your order arrives and you’re happy with your piece, it is considered final sale. Due to the personal and unique nature of our creations, we do not accept returns.

However, if something arrives damaged or a stone falls out, we’ll take care of the return shipping costs to make it right. We want your Mazu piece to be a joy for years to come! If you’re unsure about gifting Mazu to a loved one, consider a voucher instead of a purchase. That way, they can choose something truly special for themselves, avoiding the need for a return.
